Challenge

This women’s health tech startup is focused on helping women understand their hormone health to improve their overall health and wellbeing. They were struggling with significant dropoff during the onboarding experience, making it difficult to convert paid users onto their platform. Initially, they thought they needed UX writing help, but quickly realized there was a big opportunity to work with us to revamp their entire early UX/UI experience.

The client had 3 main goals:
